🤎 I am a Breath and Life Coach, as well as an energy practitioner in Reflexology and Reiki. I work with  children to adults, in a wide range of life situations.
The past five years, I have had the joy of creating and leading women’s retreats across beautiful locations in Spain, each one designed to bring people home to themselves.
