🌟Following the beautiful success of our first session, we are delighted to invite you to our second DJ Breath journey.

🌟A space where music and movement become your gateway to expression, release and inner connection, guiding you on a journey as you transition deeper within.

🕺We begin with 45 minutes of energising dance guided by DJ Seb, whose intuitive live mix invites the body to awaken, expand and express freely.

🧘🏾‍♀️From there, you will be gently guided by Zakia into a deeply restorative space through breathwork, meditation and sound to soften the nervous system, and meet yourself with presence, love and wholeness.
