Parents and children, come and experience a unique, fun session of yoga and breathwork, all wrapped up in a beautiful story adventure!

Led by Zakia, a primary school teacher, mum, breathwork practitioner, and wellbeing life coach,. This special class is designed to be fun, engaging, and deeply connecting.

Through playful movement and calming breathing techniques, you will learn simple tools to support your child’s emotional regulation while connecting in a heartwarming way.

Ages: 3 – 9 years
Price: €14.50 per child (includes one adult free)
