🕺 We will begin by arriving with our breath and a journey with DJ Seb, who will guide us through an intuitive live mix. This is an invitation flow, move, release and express freely. No right or wrong, your space, your body.

🧘🏾‍♀️ Zakia will then take you into a deeply restorative space through breathwork, meditation and sound to soften mind, body and soul creating a space for blissful rest.
