•⁠ ⁠Create space for rest, calmand balance
•⁠ ⁠Practice techniques you can use on your own for wellbeing

•⁠ ⁠Price: €33 for all 4 sessions – bring someone to the session- let me know and you pay 28euros.

•⁠ ⁠Cannot make a session? A recording will be provided so you can create your own calm at a time that suits you

•⁠ ⁠Prefer to do it at your own pace? Feel free to purchase the full package and practice the sessions in your own time
