Join us for an exciting and nurturing Breathe, Move, and Create workshop designed for children aged 3 to 9 and their parent or guardian. This interactive session will explore playful yoga movements and breathing techniques to help children learn tools for regulating BIG emotions.
🌟 Together, you will also take part in a FUN and creative art experience, encouraging emotional expression and exploring feelings through art. Please ensure children wear old clothes as they may get messy with art materials!
